An inquiry-based approach is fundamental in my work. Questions are not just a passageway to gather information, but to supply opportunities for people to answer whatever question is at hand for themselves. I craft questions in a way that they often require inconsequential answers. Asking questions takes us back to common-ground and agreement points as a preamble of healthy dialogue. Exchanges based on inconsequential access points of dialogue promotes accessibility in a non-threatening or polarizing manner. I believe effective dialogue is a headway to promote social change.
