The amount of privacy that people may need to feel comfortable to engage socially is fundamental in my work. In conversation, I am aware of what can be private information and what people are more prone to holding back. Traditionally, visual artists also develop their work in a private space and are shared with a specific group of people before it is exposed to the public. I explore the different levels of familiarity and scale effect social interactions.
